QUICK GUIDE TO EASYWAYPRIVACY

STEP 1: CONNECTION TO THE SERVICES

To be able to use application services without limitations, it is necessary to be connected and recognized by our system. The login credentials are the same as those used to access your reserved area on the site. By clicking on the button displayed on the left, the connection window is shown. If you do not have an account, you can use the program in demo mode. A test project can be generated for this purpose

STEP 2: LOCAL OR CLOUD INITIALIZATION

To proceed with this step, you must first have purchased at least one license.
The initialization process consists of associating the company header with one of the available licenses for which privacy obligations must be managed (in essence, the Data Controller in accordance with EU Regulation 2016/679). The initialization of Cloud projects also requires the definition of additional exclusive access credentials, to be provided to all those who wish to allow access to the project that is being initialized. Example: a Privacy consultant creates several cloud projects (one for each company for which he or she does the consulting); with your credentials you will be able to access all the projects but will be able to provide exclusive credentials to each company so as to allow access.

STEP 3: PROJECT CREATION (for local projects only)

After initializing a Local project, it is necessary to proceed with its creation. Through the function called up with the button on the left, you are asked to specify the name of the file and the position of the latter on your computer.

STEP 4: OPENING LOCAL OR CLOUD PROJECTS

Once a project has been initialized, it can be opened. For Local projects it is first necessary to proceed with its creation (see step 3 above).
The command to open a Local project will show the file selection window.
The command to open a Cloud project will only require the selection of the project you want to open. The first opening of a Cloud project may take some time due to the initialization of the information contained therein.
